Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from nuréo.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website.
  3. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your shipping confirmation email to view your order status.

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at nureo.skincare@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
